REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT/ SaaS based solution selling, business development, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position and had a proven track record of sales results.
- An existing network of contacts and relationships in the US and Canada regions, including potential partners, industry players, and key decision makers.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or a relevant field or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in identifying and targeting potential customers through market research, networking and other lead generation methods.
- Skill in crafting compelling sales pitches, presentations, and other content that effectively communicates the value of the product offering.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for lead management, tracking and communication.
- A self-motivated and results oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business development.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Ability to engage in telephonic conversation with CXO level executives (eg. CFO, CIO/ CTO) and Snr. Company Secretaries and obtain appointments with same.
- The ideal candidate should be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and capable of delivering high-level executive product demonstrations.
- Communicating with customers as per given KPIs; making outbound calls & emails to potential customers
- This role is an individual contributor role.
