Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore

Base Pay: INR 70,000- INR 1,20,000/month

Incentive: Up to 7% revenue share on every deal closed

We're looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, and turn conversations into business.

This is not a conventional sales role. At Brucira, we want to grow without diluting the brand we've built. Your biggest strength should be networking — building genuine relationships with founders, business leaders, marketing teams, product leaders, and the larger Bangalore ecosystem.

• Build a strong network across Bangalore's startup & enterprise ecosystem.
• Create opportunities through events, communities, introductions and relationships.
• Own conversations from the first introduction to deal closure.
• Experiment with outbound, partnerships and other BD channels.
• Represent Brucira in a way that strengthens our brand, not makes us look sales-heavy.

Someone who is extremely good with people, well-networked, proactive and commercially sharp. Agency/design/technology experience is a plus, but your ability to build relationships and generate business matters more.

₹70K- 120k/month fixed + up to 7% revenue share on every deal you close.

• For someone who can consistently bring the right opportunities, the upside can be significantly higher than the base salary.
