Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with customers, outlets, and partners to expand market presence
- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders and seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance to support informed decision-making
- Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets through coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new partners
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities to meet business growth targets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or related roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated in client meetings, networking, and on-site visits
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
