工作职责:
Principal Accountabilities
Understand market trends and customer needs, identify opportunities for BAC and develop a new business pipeline.
Co-work with global and regional colleagues, search for sales leads and approach key customers to improve their penetration.
Build strategic business partnerships and alliances to enhance BAC's position in the targeted market (owners, electrolyzes, EPC).
Lead team (regional and global) to figure out the best-fit proposal when deep dive the key customer needs.
Lead the related marketing campaign (tradeshow, marketing tools, lunch and learn seminar etc.)
Develop the team's capability to leverage the full BAC product portfolio and our applications knowledge to influence customer design and specification.

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering combined with 8 years of experience in a similar function within an international manufacturing industry.
- Understand the entire cooling system. ability to understand Data Centers market and it developments, projects; identify key market stakeholders; penetrate to targeted customer accounts
- Ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship.
- Strong command of English, Ability to deal with international customers.
- Have Market analysis and Biz judgement ability.
- Innovative, resourceful, aggressive, responsive.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
