The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy especially in FMCG line, preferably with experience with Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Work closely with internal project team to fulfil clients requirement
- Carrying market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Mass Communication, Marketing, Brand or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing campaigns
- Excellent command in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese are an added advantage)
- Highly meticulous and detail oriented
- Frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners.
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
