Leader Development & Acquisition: Identify and recruit key leaders to drive sales and growth. Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams to foster collaboration and success.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, proposals, and action plans to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance and recruitment metrics for leaders and regions. Provide regular follow-ups, track results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Field Support & Feedback: Listen to field feedback, understand challenges, and convey insights, complaints, and suggestions to management for improvement.
Training & Development: Conduct weekly sessions with leaders, including Zoom meetings and training on products, marketing plans, and incentive programs to enhance performance.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among leaders and teams to ensure smooth operations and mutual success.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to inventory management, backend systems, and other operational challenges.
Proposal Development & Business Growth: Create and present business proposals to generate sales and recruitment, and manage relationships with leaders to ensure long-term success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Education
Preferably with experience in direct-selling business and Insurance.
Ability to work and build relationship with people across generations and with diverse personalities
Strong Sales Drive & Results Oriented and a Team player
Time and area of assignment flexibility
Ability to work under pressure
Communication & Good Interpersonal Skills

Computer literate, basic knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
