Job Scope

  • Lead office and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Drive monthly sales performance, new customer acquisition, and expansion of prospect pipelines.
  • Monitor and analyze key business development metrics: number of sales demos, lead-to-sale conversion rates, average conversion time, and customer lifetime value.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction, life cycle metrics, and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close high-value deals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Provide customized energy solutions for clients and oversee the execution of acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business partners to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare compelling solution proposals and high-quality presentations that clearly communicate Ditrolic's value proposition.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows, industry events, and client engagements to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, technical support, and engineering, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer insights, market trends, and suggestions for process or product improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing and sales plans.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as required.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the solar, engineering, or project-based industries.
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with commercial and industrial buyer behavior, and the ability to sell complex systems and services.
  • Skilled in engaging and negotiating with stakeholders across multiple executive levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as needed.
