Overview:
This ideal candidate to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Involve in projects and sales in HVAC, ACMV, FMCS, Cleanroom, BMS, BAS, EMS Instrumentation, Sensors, Heaters, Controls
- Target market - Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Solar Panel, Hospitals, Food
- To strategize and plan core product marketing and development. Translate business strategy into product strategy.
- Provide insight to Senior Management on the product and market.
- Identify vertical and horizontal market analysis and build market penetration strategy.
- Product competition research and analysis for price points, engineering and technical differences.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Find and maintain prospective clients and provide general technical support to clients.
- Managing and responsible for sales, business development, projects and solutions for one of our key products.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or similar capacity.
- Candidate with knowledge in automation industry-related products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
