Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives across variety dining brands within our group, driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and brand performance improvements. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, stakeholder relationship capability, and hands-on experience in the F&B industry. Experience across multi-brand operations or multi-outlet growth strategy is a strong added value.

Key Responsibility
1. Strategic Business Growth
- Develop and implement business plans to expand market share, outlet footprint, and revenue streams.
- Evaluate opportunities for new partnerships, collaborations, and service platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead feasibility studies for new outlets, locations, and brand concepts.
2. Multi-Brand Oversight
- Provide strategic recommendations to brand heads and outlet teams to drive sales and profitability.
- Track KPIs and business performance metrics regularly.
3. Sales & Commercial Strategy
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations on brand promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Support revenue growth strategies and pricing decisions based on data analysis.
- Evaluate menu performance, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, landlords, partners, mall management team, and key industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company in key business meetings and negotiations.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
6. Reporting & Strategy Support
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and presentations for Managing Director.
- Monitor performance versus targets and recommend action plans.
7. Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project execution for new outlet openings, relocations, or refurbishments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, financial projections, and board-level presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in multi-outlet or multi-brand growth strategy is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
