Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Kuching. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing sales strategies tailored to customers needs. The role requires collaboration with other teams to drive growth and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in home elevators, construction, or real estate industries is a plus
