About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager(Events & Publishing) to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and develop strategies that expand our business reach. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Salary Range: RM 5,000 RM 6,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute growth-focused projects and initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly, annual and project-based targets.
  • Identify and secure key client relationships and high-value partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong ties with regulators and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the design and rollout of innovative products and services.
  • Lead projects with initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Generate fresh business ideas and explore untapped opportunities.
  • Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business prospects.
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies to close impactful deals.
  • Assess risks and opportunities to align with company objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of contracts into operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity while enhancing organizational reputation.
  • Actively contribute to creating value and driving company success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 34 years of proven business development, sales, or related experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong track record in executing business development strategies.
  • Highly driven, focused, and results oriented.
