We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for an ingredients MNC that specialises with fragrances. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities for raw materials and aroma chemicals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with fine fragrance houses, personal care brands, and contract manufacturers.
• Act as a technical consultant to match client formulation requirements with our innovative fragrance ingredient portfolio.
• Stay ahead of market trends, olfactory preferences, and competitor activities to expand our regional market share.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
• 3-5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within fragrance, aroma chemicals, or essential oils.
• Existing network of established contacts within fragrance houses, cosmetic formulators, and CPG manufacturers.
