Purpose of Role
- The Franchise Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and managing key franchise accounts with our motor franchise business. This role will focus on business development, account management and serves as the primary contact for one of our major accounts.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development activities with assigned franchise partners and agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key partners to support business growth.
- Act as the key contact and relationship manager for a major franchise account, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and support for franchise partners.
- Manage a pipeline of franchise accounts to meet and exceed growth objectives and performance targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior business development and account management experience within the motor or franchise sector.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part o a team.
