As we expand our services into the cruise segment, we are seeking a dedicatedBusiness DevelopmentManagerto join our team.This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across our B2B travel servicesandwill work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding business stakeholders, developers, and designersandto ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with businessobjectives.

Salary Range: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 (Depending On Experience)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities with travel agents, corporate clients, tourism partners, and other industry partners.
- Build andmaintaingood relationships with existing partners to encourage long-term collaborations.
- Promote the company's travel products through presentations, briefings, and market visits.
- Conduct market research toidentifyindustry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver sales plans and meet client needs smoothly.
- Join client meetings, travel fairs, roadshows, and industry events to build brand awareness and get new leads.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
- Provide product training and destination updates to partners, enhancing their knowledge and confidence in selling company packages.
- Ensure strong customer support and follow-up tomaintainhigh service standards and partners satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Minimum3 - 4years of working experience in the travel industry, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
- Must be proficient in English and Malay(spoken, written, and reading).Those that knows Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, confident, and able to engage professionally with partners and clients.
- Excellent follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working long hours with computers and mobile devices.
- Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel whenrequired(travel allowance will be provided).
