Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our recruiting services division. This role combines sales acumen with HR recruitment expertise, ensuring both client acquisition and delivery excellence. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening working partnerships, and positioning our internal recruitment for organizations seeking top talent in sales department.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth for the sales team.
- Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members to guide and assist team development.
- Provide trust servicing insights and cater for clients existing and future funding requirements.
- Ensure the transactions or businesses comply with internal and external regulatory framework/guidelines/policies/procedures.
- Responsible for building relationships and networking with existing and new clients.
- To grow a clientele base using internal referrals, clients referrals, marketing leads and self- generated leads, while maintaining a high standard of service quality and compliance in our industry.
- Be proactive to update clients on important matters and events such as news, and newsletter that might affect the relationship.
- To build and deepen client relationships and cross service based on clients needs.
- To give presentations to clients and work partners.
- Assist in carrying out servicing tasks to meet company objectives, milestones and timelines.
- Manages, acquires, grows, and deepens business partners relationships through effective relationship management and total financial solutions.
- To give servicing presentations to clients and business partners.
HR Recruitment / Talent Delivery
- Partner with HR team to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to design tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and placement to ensure quality delivery.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and management satisfaction.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
- Evaluate applicants if they meet the position requirements.
- Schedule a virtual interview or face-to-face interview.
- Ensure recruitment files are complete in accordance with compliance standards.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels for Relationship Manager and Working partner recruitment activities.
- Draft recruitment advertisements, LinkedIn posts, and/or place ads in the most effective social media.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management within recruitment or HR services or banking services.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Preferably manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Those who have a network of high net worth and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clientele will have a significant advantage.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with strong sales and communication skills.
