Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative with strong subject-matter expertise to support sales and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities through proactive relationship management, lead generation, and the execution of sales and marketing activities across the region.

What will you do:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market and company research across Southeast Asia, supporting client engagement across APAC, with a primary focus on Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
  • Execute sales strategies and plans to expand market presence and grow the client network.
  • Actively generate and qualify sales leads, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and other internal systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Support and internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions across Southeast Asia.

Who are we looking for:

  • Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in B2B sales; experience in IT, Fintech, or Forex industries is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage professional networks to generate business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional role.
