Role Responsibilities
- Expand existing high-value partnerships by actively supporting partner growth and performance.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve client acquisition and deposit targets.
- Proactively approach, source, and engage potential and existing partners to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all partner enquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities within relevant markets and report key insights and findings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and promotional offers.
- Accurately update and manage internal systems and CRM databases.
- Provide structured feedback to relevant departments regarding partner needs, expectations, and concerns.
- Demonstrate and uphold company core values both inside and outside the workplace.
- Ensure full adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.
Role Requirements
- Fluent in English and a native Mandarin speaker.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or CFD industry.
- An existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, project management, or coordination roles.
- Proficient in CRM systems and database management; strong reporting skills with solid Excel proficiency.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in following up and completing tasks.
