We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive IT sales in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the SEA region.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in messaging and product delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our IT solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in the Southeast Asia market.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
