Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and oversee the overall business development strategies and annual gross-profit plans.
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans to maintain and grow existing client portfolios.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential leads, and convert prospects into active accounts.
  • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one discussions with prospective clients to understand requirements and prepare business proposals.
  • Lead business negotiations, finalize deals with clients, and hand over projects to the technical team for implementation.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, services, and value propositions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, building networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Conduct market analysis, surveys, and research to generate business opportunities and understand market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up with current market requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions based on unique security challenges
