Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Georgetown. The Business Development Manager will identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate clients, and market segments that align with the Group's strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring timely follow-up, and reporting on performance metrics to management. The Business Development Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the Group to support growth initiatives, digital offerings, and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and sales negotiation skills.
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, or related sectors, with understanding of equity broking, wealth management, or digital investment products.
- Analytical skills in market research, opportunity assessment, and financial or commercial analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven organizational, pipeline management, and time management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms; interest in fintech, digital investing, and AI-driven solutions is beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.
