Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market positioning
- Propose new revenue streams, collaborations, and expansion ideas
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Initiate and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and presentations
Sales & Revenue Development
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Support closing deals, agreements, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue or partnership targets
Brand & Market Expansion
- Support expansion into new locations, markets, or segments
- Identify collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, or organizations
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
Reporting & Performance
- Track business development activities and performance metrics
- Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 25+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Growth roles
