Job Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow Astro product sales in retail channels.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new retail partners, especially small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Retail Partner Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing retail partners.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and tools to ensure retail partners can effectively sell Astro products and services.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans when needed.

Market Expansion

  • Explore new market segments and regions for retail growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor Astro's offerings to local customer and retailer needs.

Data & Reporting

  • Analyze retail sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management and cross-functional teams.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to launch and support promotional campaigns at retail locations.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all retail touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, retail sales, or partner management.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems, especially small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to travel as required.
