Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Sourcing: Research new markets, source land/projects, analyze feasibility, and identify investment opportunities
• Strategy & Growth: Develop growth strategies, create business plans, and manage development pipelines
• Partnerships & Networking: Build relationships with investors, tenants (anchor tenants/mix), contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
• Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts, negotiating terms for JVs, leases, or sales.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with authorities, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Track KPIs, report on progress, and forecast revenue for senior management.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications in any discipline.
• Candidates must possess at least 8 years working experience in real estate or property developer background.
• Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Dynamic, ambitious and proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Mature, possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
