Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries
• Understand client hiring needs and propose customized staffing solutions (permanent, contract, RPO, etc.)
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing discussions
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development within the staffing/recruitment industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong network of industry contacts and client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into staffing solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
