Albert Wines is expanding our non-alcoholic portfolio and looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Fiji Water and Saicho Sparkling Tea across Klang Valley.
This role will focus on developing both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, depending on experience and market needs.

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (Non-Alcoholic Portfolio) is a field-based, commercially focused role responsible for driving market expansion, account growth, and brand positioning for Fiji Water and Saicho Sparkling Tea.
You will own the business performance of the assigned portfolio, develop distribution strategies, grow key accounts, and work closely with internal teams to execute promotions and activations.
This role suits a mid-to-senior level sales professional with strong FMCG or premium beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Lead and grow sales for the non-alcoholic portfolio across Klang Valley.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Fiji Water and Saicho Sparkling Tea.
- Identify, onboard, and develop key accounts across assigned trade channels.
- Drive product listings, menu placements, retail visibility, and repeat orders.
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and partners.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable product mixes, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance.
Trade Execution & Brand Activation
- Plan and execute promotions, tastings, activations, and brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure strong in-market execution.
- Support events, collaborations, and partnerships aligned with brand positioning.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track sales performance, account growth, and market feedback.
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly sales performance reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution goals, and strategic KPIs.
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, hospitality, or route-based sales.
- Experience handling premium or non-alcoholic beverage brands is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to develop accounts and grow categories in competitive markets.
- Comfortable with field-based sales work and regular client engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Familiarity with Klang Valley F&B, hospitality, or retail landscape is a plus.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Passion for premium, lifestyle, and wellness-oriented products.
