Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Icon Tower, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (APAC Region)

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

We are seeking young, driven sales professionals with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience who are interested in or have basic knowledge of Web3. No prior cloud experience is required, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow into the cloud industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.

Understand customer requirements and position suitable solutions (with internal technical support).

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.

Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.

Provide market insights and business intelligence, particularly around Web3 trends and opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (any industry - cloud experience not required).

Interest in or basic knowledge of Web3 (candidates with self-learning, crypto/NFT familiarity, or Web3 community involvement are preferred).

No prior cloud experience needed - we provide training and support.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
