Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role includes conducting market analysis, creating proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client needs with project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Expertise in market analysis, proposal creation, and strategic planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in construction industry project management
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Cicvil & Structre Enginering or a related field
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft and industry-standard tools and CRM platforms
