Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base within the staffing recruitment vertical within SEA region.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling and industry events and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients staffing (permanent and contractual) requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of recruitment projects, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability and competitive landscape to inform their hiring decisions.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, proposals and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing strategies to ensure the team meets their targets.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity and market trends to senior management and provide regular updates on progress towards targets.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the team and provide coaching and mentorship to support their

    professional development.

  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends and competitive landscape and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our recruitment solutions.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening and placement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in any ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM0.10 per month
