Role Description This part-time remote role combines responsibilities of Business Development Manager, Route To Market Executive, and commercial business partner for Rolló Kft. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted industries and markets, with a focus on building sustainable, long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and optimizing routes to market, managing sales pipelines, preparing offers and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to align product capabilities with client requirements. The position also includes researching market trends, monitoring competitor activity, and supporting strategic planning to expand Rolló Kft.s presence in domestic and international markets. Regular reporting on performance, opportunities, and risks is expected, along with proactive collaboration with logistics and forwarding partners where relevant.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Route Development and Route To Market planning for products or services.
Knowledge of Ocean and Forwarding operations, freight solutions, or international logistics processes.
Proven track record in Sales, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong Business Development skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and growing new markets or segments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with partners and clients.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage priorities effectively.
Experience in plastics manufacturing, industrial sectors, or sustainable materials is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in English; additional Central or Eastern European language skills are beneficial.
