We are looking for a high-energy, consultative Door Opener to lead the digital transformation of Malaysian schools. SchoolPay is not just a payment tool; we are the operating system for modern education.

Your mission is to replace manual buku disiplin and outdated punch cards with our AI-driven ecosystem. You will be responsible for introducing school leaders to our cutting-edge Face Recognition Attendance, real-time Discipline Management, and digital Amalan Baik (Merit) tracking.

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate the hierarchy of Private Schools, International Schools, and high-growth Kindergarten chains.
• The AI Pitch: Conduct live demonstrations of our Face Recognition Attendance systemshowing how schools can automate safety and attendance without queues or physical ID cards.
• Digitizing Discipline: Consult with Guru Disiplin (Discipline Teachers) to show how our Masalah Disiplin module streamlines case recording and aligns with national digital reporting standards.
• Pioneering Positive Culture: Sell the vision of the Amalan Baik (Merit) module, helping schools shift from punitive discipline to rewarding character building and positive behavior.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Masterfully navigate school politics. You will build rapport with Kerani (Clerks) to get meetings, win over teachers, and close deals with Pengetua (Principals).
• Closing & Retention: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and ensuring a successful implementation Go-Live.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong plus for the SJK(C) and private Chinese school markets.
• Tech-Fluent: You can confidently explain the benefits of Contactless AI attendance and how cloud-based data improves school security and PDPA compliance.
• Resilient: You know how to bypass gatekeepers and open doors where others see a wall.
