Job Description

  • Identify and secure new SME customers through proactive outreach, digital prospecting, networking, and referral networks.
  • Diagnose business challenges and recommend tailored solutions that strengthen trade operations, cashflow efficiency, and risk control.
  • Craft persuasive proposals and pricing solutions in collaboration with underwriting and commercial teams.
  • Maintain a healthy, wellqualified sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to support planning activities.
  • Execute diligent followup to move prospects through the funnel and achieve newbusiness objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to roll out targeted campaigns across both direct and partner ecosystems.
  • Lead negotiations with prospects and intermediaries from discovery through contract execution.
  • Track market trends, client behaviour, and competitor movements to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with intermediaries to generate steady referral flows.

The Successful Applicant


  • Must be Johorian and have significant experience inJohor
  • Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • Has 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure Fintech solution sales environment
  • Background in trade credit, financial services, or commercial risk solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Understands trade processes and how SMEs manage working capital and risk.
  • A proactive hunter with solid solutionselling expertise and strong selfmanagement.
  • Experienced in executing gotomarket strategies and navigating structured sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other Chinese dialects are beneficial.
