Job Description

The Business Development Manager will oversee the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and business plan proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Lead strategic initiatives such as M&A, JVs, and business plan proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Manage/mentor the Sales and business development team.
  • Key Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of market and industry trends.
  • Experience in M&A, JVs, and strategic business planning.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
