Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and partnership initiatives for the company cybersecurity and payment gateway solutions.

This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity and fintech ecosystem, particularly in enterprise and financial services markets. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to build relationships at senior levels, identify opportunities, and close deals that drive business growth. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients, internal technical teams, and our overseas partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand company's market presence.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, enterprise, banking, and payment gateway sectors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, compliance officers, and procurement departments to promote Company's solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and compliance teams to design customized proposals integrating cybersecurity and payment gateway offerings aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new trends, potential clients, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring alignment with both local and overseas partners.
  • Participate in industry events, fintech forums, and trade shows to represent Company and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in business development, enterprise sales, or solution selling, preferably within the cybersecurity, ICT, or payment gateway sector.
  • Proven success in selling solutions or services to large corporations, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, payment gateway operations, risk management, and digital security trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for liaising with China-based partners).
  • Independent, target-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
