Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing sales support, and working collaboratively with clients to deliver tailored automation and robotic solutions. The role also involves submitting technical proposals, conducting system demonstrations, and ensuring seamless customer interactions throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering, and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
• Strong Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to clients and internal teams effectively
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, as well as a demonstrated track record in Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of automation systems, robotic solutions, or warehouse technologies is an advantage
• Proficiency in using sales tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Mandarin
