Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, addressing their engineering requirements, and promoting relevant products and solutions. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the design and implementation of technical solutions. Additionally, the Sales Application Engineer will focus on fostering client relationships and driving customer satisfaction through tailored engineering insights and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and experience with Sales processes
• Strong competencies in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and solution development
• Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and their applications
• Background in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to address mechanical system requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields
• Experience in the materials or engineering industry is an advantage
