- Serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor for a portfolio of key ThunderSoft accounts within the banking sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of each clients business objectives, technology landscape, and challenges to position ThunderSofts portfolio of digital transformation solutions.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, leading to contract renewals, expansions, and reference ability.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by cross-selling and up-selling ThunderSoft&aposs service lines.
- Collaborate with ThunderSofts global delivery and solutions teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Business Development (40%)
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to target and acquire new semiconductor, banking and financial institution clients in Malaysia, with a focus on english and mandarin enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify new trends and opportunities in the Semiconductor and BFS sector.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate ThunderSofts value proposition and capability to deliver complex IT projects.
- Represent ThunderSoft at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
