Key Responsibilities
1 Market Development & Account Strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
- Build and manage a structured target account list (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, AIoT enterprises).
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to local industry landscapes.
2 Solution Sales & Pipeline Management
- Drive complex solution sales including OS platforms, intelligent cockpit systems, AIoT solutions, and embedded software services.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, POC engagement, proposal development to contract negotiation.
- Maintain strong and qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
3 Ecosystem & Partnership Development
- Establish partnerships with semiconductor companies, system integrators, and local technology partners.
- Collaborate with headquarters engineering and product teams to align solutions with regional customer needs.
4 Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with technical pre-sales, delivery teams, and product management.
- Facilitate communication between local customers and global R&D centers.
5 Strategic Account Penetration
- Lead entry into Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) of key automotive and enterprise accounts.
- Drive long-term framework agreements and multi-year engagements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in one or more of the following industries:
- Automotive electronics / Intelligent cockpit
- Embedded systems / Android BSP
- AIoT / Edge computing
- Semiconductor ecosystem
- Solid understanding of embedded OS, middleware, or software platform business models.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multicultural and cross-border teams.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
