- Support Digital Product Business Development team in executing administrative and operational duties, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of duties, including but not limited to SKUs management, product troubleshooting etc
- Manage documentation processes and FAQs on daily tasks, and work on continuous process improvements for better efficiency
- At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken) and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsite Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory
- Strong time management skills, can work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn, opened to take up challenges and adapt accordingly
