Responsible for driving the growth of the Hopegoo platform in the Malaysian market. The core mission is to identify, develop, and establish long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with key B2B partners (including hotel groups, airlines, and local tourism resource providers). By improving platform inventory quality and exclusive competitiveness, the role aims to drive the growth of bilateral transaction volume (GMV).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Independently identify, approach, negotiate, and sign new B2B partners within the target market (focus on hotels, chain brands, regional airlines, and unique tourism resources).
  • Gain a deep understanding of partners business challenges and objectives, and design win-win partnership solutions (including commercial terms, marketing support, and data enablement).
  • Lead the full negotiation process, complete contract signings, and ensure partnership terms are favorable to the company.
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to partners through data analysis, jointly developing growth strategies to continuously increase GMV.

2. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Continuously monitor regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyze the performance of competing platforms used by partners and provide insights to support company decisions in product development, operations, and market strategy.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Legal) to efficiently coordinate resources and ensure successful implementation of partnership projects.
  • Provide feedback on partner needs to the product team to improve platform features and enhance the B-side user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or key account sales, preferably within OTA, online travel, hotel technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing B2B partnerships; candidates with an established partner network and industry resources are preferred.
  • Strong end-to-end commercial negotiation skills and contract execution experience.
  • Ability to accommodate international travel and flexible working schedules.
  • Passion for the travel industry, with strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
