Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective networking and communication
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

  • 2 years of demonstrated success in a similar business development or sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Passionate about the Sales and New Business Development in steel and coils industry
