Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify focus areas and lead strategic discussions to drive projects that support the Business Development team's business growth and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements to streamline workflows and elevate the merchant experience for the BD team.
  • Lead coordination with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Budget, Ops) to align commercial goals and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Involved in end-to-end BD project planning and execution.
  • Resolve key operational issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting to support commercial performance tracking and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably but not limited to Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • Interested in e-commerce, food delivery, and partnerships.
  • Strong presentation skills - familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and related business analysis tools
  • Effective in collaborating with stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage
