Identify focus areas and lead strategic discussions to drive projects that support the Business Development team's business growth and objectives
Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements to streamline workflows and elevate the merchant experience for the BD team.
Lead coordination with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Budget, Ops) to align commercial goals and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Involved in end-to-end BD project planning and execution.
Resolve key operational issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting to support commercial performance tracking and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably but not limited to Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
Interested in e-commerce, food delivery, and partnerships.
Strong presentation skills - familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and related business analysis tools
Effective in collaborating with stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage
