Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to support our Cybersecurity project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, along with hands-on experience in lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Research and identify potential customers within target industries and accounts.
  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, solutions, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, demand generation, or a similar role (preferably within Cybersecurity or Cloud Solutions).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence prospects through phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions is an advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting regional or international sales teams.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity vendors, distributors, or system integrators.
  • Experience with marketing automation or lead intelligence tools.
