Job Description

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or conduct self prospecting to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs
  • Explain technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
  • Understand prospects&apos pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Bachelors Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • Language requirement: English and Thai (Read, Write and Speak)
  • Min 3 years B2B sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in IT industry
  • Knowledge in Cloud / Cybersecurity will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Willing to relocate to Malaysia
