You will play an important role, such as:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or conduct self prospecting to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell
- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs
- Explain technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
- Understand prospects&apos pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Bachelors Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- Language requirement: English and Thai (Read, Write and Speak)
- Min 3 years B2B sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in IT industry
- Knowledge in Cloud / Cybersecurity will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Willing to relocate to Malaysia
