Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities across Malaysia the region.
- Respond to web inquiries and proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, intermediaries, and market initiatives.
- Maintain a balance between sourcing new logos and farming accounts.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
- You'll project-manage the full sales cycle by coordinating with TMF presales teams for: lead qualification, solution design, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, KYC, and handover to delivery teams.
- Act as the market entry expert for requests inbound to your country, but also manage overseas opportunities, follow your client's expansion to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
- Collaborate with other TMF colleagues to support sales initiatives, improve processes, and enhance conversion rates.
Client & Intermediary Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, intermediaries, and industry influencers in the market.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities across TMF's global footprint.
- Champion TMF's values and culture, acting as a brand ambassador in the market.
Performance & Reporting
- Meet annual sales and pipeline generation targets, all measured in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
- Provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics experience would be an advantage).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Relevant working experience in a commercial environment, or in consulting, accounting, or law firms.
- Very good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Able to solution sell where the ability to listen to the clients and understand what they. really need is more important than a hard sell.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, good negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, and able to manage their priorities/workload.
- Experience working in or with direct sales, pre-sales and/or enablement in an enterprise software and/or SaaS environment.
