Overview

We're looking for a commercially sharp, high-energy Business Development professional to accelerate growth across APAC. You'll sit at the heart of Marketing and Salesowning prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing high-value opportunities that fuel serious revenue momentum.

This isn't a book meetings and move on role. You'll take shared ownership of pipeline performance, partnering closely with Sales to ensure every opportunity progresses with purpose.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts through smart segmentation and profiling
  • Turn cold outreach into warm, qualified opportunities
  • Design and execute strategic nurture campaigns across funnel stages
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with precision targeting
  • Craft compelling, consultative value propositions tailored to real business challenges
  • Qualify prospects strategically and prepare seamless transitions to Sales
  • Leverage CRM and sales tech (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to inform data-driven action
  • Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent us at key industry events and generate new relationships

What You Bring

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or field sales
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn prospecting, and ZoomInfo
  • A track record of building pipelinenot just activity

Salary is up to USD40,000 per annum plus commission per meeting set!
