Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage hosts, influencers, and agency partners in Malaysia.
• Drive creator growth through partnerships, activations, and local initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and support localization and growth strategies.
• Serve as the main contact for local hosts and agencies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Experience in live streaming/voice chat, or social platforms.
• Preference for candidates with BD role or similar APP working experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
• Self-driven, data-aware, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
