Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sellers Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sellers Executive will be responsible for onboarding new vendors, managing seller relationships, and driving their overall success on the platform. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and recruiting sellers, setting up and optimizing seller accounts, providing guidance on e-commerce best practices, and resolving seller issues promptly. The role also involves actively contributing to seller training and development initiatives to enhance their performance and engagement with the marketplace.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with sellers
  • Vendor Relationship Management and Support skills to ensure long-term partnership and seller satisfaction
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce Platforms and Digital Tools to guide sellers in utilizing the marketplace effectively
  • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution abilities to address seller inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, or vendor management is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and products is an added advantage
