Business Development Specialist

Singular Asset Management is expanding our team. We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our client coverage team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with private and institutional investors. The role provides direct exposure to portfolio managers, investment strategies and the broader fund management business.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities

·        Communicate the firm's investment philosophy, strategies and portfolio performance to clients

·        Coordinate closely with portfolio managers and the investment team on client communications and investment updates

·        Support client onboarding, servicing and ongoing relationship management

·        Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and professional conduct

Candidate Profile

·        Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline

·        Strong interest and understanding of financial markets and investment management

·        Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

·        Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable developing new relationships

·        Prior experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management or financial services will be an advantage

·        Capital Markets Services Representative's License (CMSRL) in Fund Management highly preferred
