About The Job

This role reports to the Head of Business Development.

In this role, you will drive commercial growth by identifying new client opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships to deliver comprehensive corporate learning solutions.

• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships to achieve business growth objectives.
• Nurture corporate client accounts to encourage long-term collaboration and business retention.
• Consult with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and organisational development challenges.
• Design and present tailored commercial proposals that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high satisfaction levels.

You will be working in a close-knit team of 5 Business Development professionals.

Skills And Experience Required.

• Proven experience in consultative sales techniques, commercial negotiations, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and presentation competencies suitable for corporate stakeholder engagement.
